Apply a small amount of whipped hand butter to your skin and massage it in until it is fully absorbed. A little goes a long way. Our hand butter has a shelf life of approximately one year. Use it after washing your hands or bathing a dog for exceptionally soft hands.
Please note that these products do not contain any emulsifiers, which means they may melt during shipping in warm or hot weather. To ensure proper consistency, please refrigerate the products before opening to allow them to firm up.

Most orders are ship out within 1-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, via USPS.
Once your package departs from our warehouse, I cannot be held accountable for it. You will receive a tracking email from groomerswag@gmail.com on the day of departure. Any subsequent issues should be addressed with USPS.

If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value unless item is damaged in shipping. Pictures of damage will be needed.
